Young, Jewish and Proud, the youth wing of Jewish Voice for Peace is putting on a workshop and safe space to discuss and learn about Boycotts, Divestments, and Sanctions (BDS) as a non-violent tactic and way to build a peaceful resolution for Israelis and Palestinians. Seeing the need for open and honest dialogue around this issue, especially in the Jewish community, we decided to put on this event.

Our title, "Go and Learn" comes from Hillel the Elder, when he was asked to summarize the entire Torah, "That which is hateful to you, do not do to your fellow. That is the whole Torah; the rest is the explanation; go and learn." So we are creating a space with free food, discussion and the opportunity to Go and Learn!
